Jabsco series 52600 won't shut off

Water pump very rarely shuts off. I have to go to panel and shut off when done using. No leakers that I can see. No air in lines, tank has plenty of water. Any ideas? Very annoying. When you least expect it it will all of a sudden shut off.

Sounds like the pressure switch is sticking on in the pump or plugged strainer.That is if you are sure you have no leaks.

Same problem with shurflo pump. Check the strainer first. Mine turned out to be a wore out pump. Pump couldn't pump up the system to the set pressure. Diaphragms were worn out when I disassembled. Replaced the pump and works fine.

My pump would not shut off turned out to be hot water pressure relief valve.
