The light works and the there are 2 motors, one to control left to right and the other to control up and down. One of the motors does not work (I think up and down) but I believe the are interchangeable. Comes with housing, long cable and controller for the helm.
West Marine sells the replacement motor (1) for $85
Other sell bulb for $70 and a replacement controller is $100 on eBay not to mention wiring.
