There are very few companies, especially in this economy, that would stand behind a 22 year old product without question, then on top of it, send the needed replacement parts at no cost.
I had a leaking trim actuator on my port side, never had an issue with these units before. I PMed Tom McGow (TABMAN) asking where I could purchase a rebuilt kit and some advice, within minutes I received a message asking for my address to send the kit and detailed instructions.
Being a small business owner, I understand and appreciate this level of customer service, many companies have forgotten this 'mom and pop' way of doing business. Because of this gesture, Bennett will always be my only option. Tom and Bennett, thank you!!!!!!!!!!:smt038

I had an issue with 25 year old tabs on my last boat and Tabman talked me through it and was VERY informative - GREAT company and would definately buy from if I needed tabs.
