Greetings CSR Folks,

Closed on the '97 Sea Ray 330 Express Cruiser this morning.

Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with CSR as I learn about this boat and it's systems.
I will have lots of questions. I'm pretty sure the members here at CSR will have all the answers.

Looks like you are still in Antioch Marina around slip 8? That was my slip for the first 6 months I had my 320DA! Did Gary tell you it was a condition of sale to join SRBCNC? I really want to come by and check out Sportsman Yacht Club and see if there is room to cruise in with our group. Looks like a fun place. Congrats!i

Congrats Neal! I hope Gary explained that you are now required to join the SRBCNC group! Looks like about slip B8 at Antioch Marina? That was my slip the first 6 months I had my 320DA. I need to catch you at SYC sometime so I can check it out. I am interested in cruising our group in there if we fit...
 
Looks good. Obviously she's been taken care of, at least on the outside.

Now, you should know that we have one basic rule on CSR--without pics it didn't happen. What that means is that we all like to look at boats and the people who use them and the waters they boat on.

Hey Ken,
You know, you are partly responsible for me owning this boat! And, I thank you!
I'm not sure what the berth number was. I like the marina, but the parking situation worries me. It will just get worse when Everett & Jones BBQ moves into the old Humphries building.
The boat is at Sportsmen's for a few days, & then it is going to New Bridge Marina until my name comes up on the wait list at Sportsmen.
We would love to have SRBC cruise in to Sportsmen. I can put you in touch with our Harbor Captain & you guys can work out the details.
I'll be at Sportsmen's on Saturday provisioning the boat and getting more familiar with the systems.
I'll PM you my cell number, and maybe you can stop in one day when I'm there.

I wanted to put that name on the boat, but it got nixed by the Admiral.
In fact, all my names got shot down.
Then one of my daughters said to just name it Chill Out because I'm always telling them to chill out when they get kinda loud and crazy.
So, it got named Chill Out.

Glad I could help a little. It worked out for both of you I hope! We are cruising out tomorrow to Grindstone Joe's island up by Tower Park. I'll give you a call about maybe swinging by in the next week or so. I was not aware that E&J was moving in there! I ate at the main one in Oakland a lot when I worked close by. The train sounding its horn as it sped by the marina drive me out!

I commented on the vacancies yesterday when my buddy and I were taking the boat out of Antioch & he mentioned the train horn.
I live less than 4 miles from the marina and there are times I can hear the trains from home.
I can imagine when you are 100 feet away it would wake the dead.

I'll be around on Saturday fussing around on the Sea Ray.
