It’s warm again

67 at my house yesterday. Lower to mid 70's early next week. WooHoo

Always got paid once a month on the first. Buddy and me counted days by pay days. Only 4 more pay days till launch.
Don’t sound so bad that way.

For me it's 3. March and the boat gets moved back to it's slip and cleaning starts and of course the crushes as well.

I left frigid Atlanta on Tuesday to come home to 75°:

I’ll probably jinx it but its 54 degrees in my back yard. Not supposed to drop below freezing for almost a week, even at night.

The Toronto Boat show starts January 20th. Almost 100% of the years I have gone to the show, its been absolutely frigid that week. I plan to go to the show this year, so anyone in the Great Lakes area should plan on very cold weather at the end of this month! If I wasn’t planning on going, I’m sure it would be warm.

I do that with my company. So now it’s only three more paydays until spring commissioning! Actually, I’ve already queued up payroll for January 1, so I guess it’s only two payrolls? But, who’s counting?

Yep, it’s warm, but we escaped.
80 here in East FL today.

And after I’m done grilling some chicken, we’re going to walk across the driveway and talk boating with these loopers docked here on the St Lucie Canal. I’m thinking a little Buffalo Trace might entice them to come sit around our campfire

Between the block heaters, the additional heater in the bilge and the 3 I have going in the cabin I question why I winterize at all. I could easily be going for a cruise this weekend.
Loss of power…will kill them all
