I have an 88 268 Sundancer. Its just our second year with it. Last year the frig worked fine when plugged into shore power. This year it was fine while at home plugged in preparing for launch. Last weekend while on shore power it seemed to sound like it was trying to come on but what little it did it was brief. This weekend it was working less and less, then just died. The green light is on but not working. So I took it out, confirmed I had 110 volts, yet nothing out of anywhere else. (I did not check amperage, Im not sure how to on my volt meter). I brought it home and plugged it and it worked fine. I have had an issue with the main breaker for the shore power since we got the boat, it needs to be in the just right position or it wont supply power, the reverse polarity light comes on and or it will kick the ground fault outlet. I did notice the frig would kick on sometimes if I shut a few things off like the fan. Do any of you think it could be the main breaker, or could it be insufficient amperage from my shore power supply or could it still be the frig. Also does anyone know where I can find the main breaker . I may just replace the main breaker and eliminate that as a possibility.

Yep those go bad and work intermittantly like that before dying altogeather. It should be located on your main panel.blue sea systems will be the supplier west marine sells them 24.99 each.i just bought two.Take the old one out so you can read the sticer and get the proper replacement .

Thanks. I hope to make it back to the boat before the weekend to get a look at it. From what I remember it was a single pole but on the back it had three places with wires in them. But that's based off memory from last year. I let you know how I make out.

Here are some pics of the switch. It is a single pole on the front, but the back of it looks like 3 separate breakers. Anyone know what numbers I need off this sticker? IMG-20130605-00414.jpgIMG-20130605-00415.jpgIMG-20130605-00417.jpg

I'm usually very keen to that stuff, I didn't notice it until I posted that picture.
