Is THIS the Magic Elixir for My boats Finish ! Re-Structure Marine Polish

They stated NOT to put it over wax, carnaubna wax especially. States the carnaubna wax yellows under the Restructure. Mine WAS waxxed (no c-wax thou). I did it right over it. If it yellows? ....I've a small boat...
as stated elsewhere- your results may vary.
Personally, If I had paid top dollar for a polish job, I wouldn't do the re-strut just yet-
They recommend application by hand BTW.

Can you apply this over the wax or are you guys due for a wax then applying this? I just had the beast waxed so want to make sure I am doing it right.

I just picked up this stuff and their compound from this site below... The main company (Restructure Marine) wanted $14 for shipping but found these guys for $6 shipping. I can't wait to try it on my new boat since its almost time for the season... So far I have read great reviews on this stuff so I hope you are right!

After reading the description of this product it sounds like it is essentially a synthetic sealant.
I question their use of the word polish in their name. Traditionally polishes contain mild abrasives. Most modern polishes contain diminishing abrasives.
For those interested in trying a synthetic sealant, another product you may be interested in is Rejex.
Synthetic sealants offer good surface protection and often last longer than traditional wax. The difference is in the type of "shine" the two offer. Sealants generally appear like a shiny coat while waxed surfaces usually appear to have a deeper and warmer shine.
It's a personal choice.
Synthetic sealants won't bond to carnauba wax so it's a waste of time to apply them over traditional wax.
The proper way to use them is to strip old wax or sealant from the surface, polish, and then apply the sealant. The same process as you would use for wax.

Note: Wax is not polish and polish is not wax. The two are often confused most likely because of products labeled as "cleaner wax" which combine a solvent based cleaner with traditional carnauba wax. A common example of this type product that is often used by boaters is "Garry's". You can smell the solvent in it.

Once the sealant is applied to the surface and has been allowed to set up for the prescribed period of time, you can apply traditional wax over the sealant for added gloss and get the best of both worlds.

I will be doing before and after... Plus I just bought this bought and there was a thread of me asking questions before I bought it because I am a noob about boating at this moment... So I was informed I need pics of her anyway... Well the pics will come before and after...

At this moment though here in Illinois, It is going to be 65 or so tomorrow and 70 something on Sunday. I am taking her out for the first time this whole weekend and I can't wait! Also mainly my order isn't here yet.. It has been shipped but not here yet.

LOL Mine came pretty fast...

Tomorrow is going to be amazing outside so I may just wash clean and do it up to the ol' girl and see what its like... But they did ship it fast.. Came in 3 days or so..

So a few of you have had the stuff for a little while now.. did you apply? how does it look?

3 full weeks and no before and aft pics. Come on --does it live up to the hype or what. Sounds like another "poly glo" product

Haven't had time to use mine yet.

Can't speak for the 3 year mark yet, but here she is at 1 month in....
