Is this the FIRST USED 650 Fly to hit the market?

That's a great question. I toured the 650 Fly for fun at the Lauderdale Show last year with Capt. Rusty Higgins. It was phenomenal. The company wasn't bad either.
 
When you can drop $3Mil plus on a boat there are many excellent options on the market. It all depends on how you plan to use the boat. My guess is they either traded up or couldn't afford to keep it.
 
Oh yes. We took delivery on May 18. We've been cruising the East Coast and will meet the gang in AC this weekend. And before anyone asks...she's not for sale.

Sea Gull, you're actually at the end of my dock. We're "Arrr & Arrr" I almost came knocking last Thursday but I just had a Corona in hand. She is a beauty!

Ah, you should have. I know I have said hi and nodded as we walked by, but we will have to properly meet when I get back in a couple of weeks. We were first on E dock 16 years ago, then moved to A for a short stint and then D for the past 6 years. I look forward to meeting you.
 
Sea Gull - First congrats on the boat and your posts were spot on funny. Thanks we needed that.
I have to believe that the L650 Fly is a very good boat as I can't believe that both Capt Rusty and Frank would have written what they did about it. From the sounds of it you know your boat business very well and I can't imagine you buying something just b/c it is new.
So congrats in a lot of areas. I will bring the blue. I like it as well.

I hear ya. That would be one of my thoughts. This season we hired a guy who does a lot of detailing at our marina to wash our boat every other week, with a wax in May and another one coming up in August. He has kept the boat pristine.

How do you like the SeaKeepers?

From what I hear they simply want bigger boats. At least that's what the first one was. Remember, this is FU money for most of them. Pretty much like buying a timeshare for them. No big deal to drop almost $4M then lose 25% and go spend another $8M...
 
Sea Gull saw you at the MYC I stopped and chatted and asked to see the beauty sorry to say, we left early the next morning and I didn't want to intrude. The new Sea Gull is beautiful! I didn' t put it together but you have been very helpful on my questions on my 58 sedan. I am in my 3rd season and loving it. I worked out the kinks. i had a cold bottle of champagne we could have shared. next time happy cursing

I walked back to the boat just after you pulled away. Sorry to have missed you, but I'm sure we will meet again. I remember talking with you at Capri Marina last year. We've been getting a lot of attention everywhere we go. And, by the way, I used several choice curse words yesterday. :)
