Can anyone please tell us, Is Michigan loosening restrictions? We love the western shore Michigan really hoping they follow the trend and loose restrictions.

I tell ya Indiana is..... no mask required in two restaurants. No mask at Lowe’s and no mask in ace hardware. That is all I have been to in last couple of days

Yes. As of last Saturday you're no longer required to wear a mask inside or out so long as you've been vaccinated.
Our largest supermarket chain announced yesterday they will no longer require masks for those vaccinated. We still have capacity restrictions, kids still wear masks at school, etc. but things are trending favorably.
And no, you don't have to prove you've been vaccinated...

Last year we started in Saugatuck and thought maybe it was just the town being strict. As we worked our way up the coast more and more restaurants / Businesses restricted to 25%. Looking forward to our run up the coast this year!
No you won't! Most businesses in Door are still asking for masks while inside. Restaurants too. I walked out of Shipwrecked in Egg Harbor last weekend because they wanted to sell me a mask to walk to my table...Maybe in a week or two things will change following the CDC switcheroo. Sturgeon Bay restaurants are not requiring them. M
Wisconsin just said, June 1st restrictions are gone!

Maryland is free, most stores are free, bars especially. But some stores can require. Today, Petco & a Japanese takeout required one, so have to keep one handy.
Does that mean they go topless?

Just ran a bunch of errands in Traverse City, and about 1/2 are mask free for the "fully vaccinated"

In northern Wisconsin where I’m at. The only places that ever required masks was Menards and Walmart. Menards still does.

In Wisconsin in particular we need to be careful. There is a company "Meyer Manufacturing" who makes "Super Spreaders". Need I say more.
I just saw an online survery where 55% dont agree with removing masks...it was only 150k people....
but then again I also saw a survey where they thought Biden was doing better now than when he took office

We spent a week cruising the western shore of Michigan last summer and while things were super busy and there were some restrictions with capacity we still were able to have a great time.
This summer we are heading back north and can't wait for things to be somewhat back to normal. I'm the first person to tell you I don't want to wear a mask, but I didn't let it stop me from having a blast on vacation!
