My srv240 needs the I/O (electric) swapped out.
The intermediate case is almost toast.
The engine, OMC ford 351, is in great shape.
This version of the I/O is really hard and expensive
to keep up.
I was looking to do a swap to a Cobra I/O.
Can I do this and keep the engine?
Any recommendations.

Since I posted this in the "Classic" section I have found a complete
Intermediate housing assy. See the picture of my current Intermediate
housing and you'll see why I was looking for a swap/upgrade.
