So yet again when fixing one thing i notice 100 other issues. The inside of my thermostat housing and the tubes that go to it look terrible. Do they make something i can run through te engine to flush this crap out. I ran saltaway through an old outboard on the muffs And te difference was night and day. ( for salt deposits)
Also How about a decarb treatment. Like merc power tune. Again Old 2 stroke outboard. Works like seafoam. Spary into carb Till motor dies Let sit for 30 min Then fire up. Smokes like a chimney But the nasty black sludge out if the exhaust And smoother idle made me a beliver. Can you do these on sterndrives Or am i asking for more issues
