intermittent power to dash panels at helm

We have a 335 sundancer also know as a 300 DA.. the instrument panels on the dash work then stop working, i have cleaned all leads and terminals as well as replaced batteries,, any other options? motors start and run perfectly, the main problem is the dash panels operate the anchor and stero.. any info would be great.. its an 2005 model.

I just had the same problem...it ended up being a number of loose connections behind the dash panels. If you have the time, buy a volt/amp gauge and test the wires one by one. It is time consuming however I believe that you'll find the problem. If you're like me and don't have a lot of time to invest, hire a mechanic to come out to your boat. If you do hire someone, tell him/her to start with the wires behind the dash panels

My dash panel quit alltogether, it was a bad inline fuse holder on the main power line supplying the panel. Check with ohmmeter to ensure power is getting through
