I have 2000 410 express with bunk beds on starboard interior. There is a sliding door that closes off the bunk room. Has anyone ever repaired the top roller on the sliding door? I have one that the roller came off the door, it has 4 screws that you can not access. Can you access the rollers from the interior by removing the interior. See photos

How did you get the doors off? I can’t access mine. See photos
One of those trim panels should be removeable. On mine, the interior trim (inside the berth) was held on by those annoying christmas trees and just takes some steady, gentle persuasion. once that is done, you can take the door off the truck and then replace what is needed

So that gives access to the top of the doors where the rollers are?

Yes sir
It should
It’s a no go on the panels. No Christmas tree plugs. Screwed in from above. And once off there is no access to the top of the sliding door. See photo. Any body have any ideas?

Snaps do you know what bolt to remove the door from the track. I see 2 nuts one on top of the track and one on the bottom. Which one releases the door. See photo. Thanks

Snaps... I like it! :)

@Risingson
you want to back off the upper nut. you will likely need to put a wrench on the lower nut to keep it from spinning.
Back that upper nut as far as you can to make moving the door up and down as easy as possible.

Edit:
Something looks odd in the second picture you posted.
Not sure what that screw is doing on the side of the truck...
Maybe the PO did something funky...

@Risingson
*IF* just loosening that nut doesnt seem to work, i think you will need to back the screw out (red circle below) and get that piece of whatever is there out to let you lift the door out of the truck

Thanks there are 4 screws holding the truck to the wood door. 2 on each side of the truck. They are my problem the 4 screws are stripped and there is no way to get a screwdriver in there to redo the screws.

I was not referring to the 4 screws that hold the stud to the door. ( the truck is not screwed to the door)
i am talking about the screw i circled in red in the photo.

Regardless, i would loosen that upper nut and see if you can take the door off the truck.
It is a slight lift up and then a pull (or push) to get it off the truck.

Edit:
The truck will likely want to move, helpful to have an extra pair of (small) hands if possible.
