I met my buddy at the Pohick Bay ramp today to take his 7 month old on her first boat ride. We went out for an hour and when we came back this is what we saw.
A couple things not immediately aparant in the photo.
1, the 205 sport in the center didn't put the plug in and came back in with water up to the cockpit floor. Took about 10 minutes to all drain out. Meanwhile the guy in the truck half in the water stalled and couldn't restart. The Bayliner top right was crooked on the trailer and out of the picture was a Baja being worked on in the water which would run for about 30 seconds.
This is the kicker, the guy with the 205 had a friend with him. He went to retrieve his jet skis and his truck died too. So here is the guy with the 205 pulling his friends truck and trailer backwards up the ramp with his boat behind him. After they were out of the way they started both skis and the 205 out of the water and ran them for 5 minutes. God help the next owners.
