IntelliPower charger PD2030

Does anyone have operating instructions for this charger. The manufacturer no longer had instructions/manual on line. I'm specifically looking for what the LED lights signify.

Thanks - that was fast. The one thing the instructions don't provide any info on are the LED lights. I assume that Red LED indicates power. The green light blinks but i assumed it would indicate what stage the charger is in. Any ideas?

1. Light “ON” all of the time – The battery is being charged.
2. Rapidly Flashing Light – The battery is approximately 90% charged.
3. Very Slow Flashing Light – When the light blinks approximately every 5-10 seconds, the battery is fully charged.
