hi all
My new to me 280da has a pd2030 charger and i have a question. Its plugged into shore power and only reads about 2 dc amps. It also has a slow flash approx every 9'seconds. According to the wording on the unit slow flash means low charge. Is there something wrong with the charger? Should it always read a higher dc amps? Or is a trickle charger that will drop low when batteries are charged ?
