Integrated step door problems

Having issues with my door closing hard, starting to rub and go metal on metal, how do I go about replacing the plastic slides:huh:

Common searay problem. It is usually the screws on the slides backing out. Requires removal of the operator station to gain acces to the slides. I removed the screws , epoxied them, and re installed them.it is a pretty big job, but doable. Many posts out there on this if you search
