You can try NBOA in Sarasota - they are www.nboat.com. They insurance my '04 260 at about $1K per year. I am not sure if they cover 380's or not. They are an agency but the coverage is through an A rated company - can't remember who it is at the moment.
With a 380, you probably need to have a written hurricane plan. Be careful when you write that up - if you don't follow it you can have your claim denied.
Annie: BoatUS is a good agency, but after the 2004 season they decided to reduce their exposure in Florida by raising their rates. In February '05 I was quoted about $3200 for coverage on the 260 vs about $1200 with NBOA. It can be challenging to own a boat in Florida.

I have a 2005 340 Sundancer in Miami and my insurance is $5,000 a year.
