New to the slip in the marina scene. Anyhow, just purchased an Econo lift this weekend, is this something that a person insures?
The reason I ask, the lift, along with everyone elses, is in the marina at the dock where the previous owner used it.
not much water was left in the marina before the freeze and the snow. now however there is about a foot of snow and ice attached to everything, docks lifts, etc etc.... not a pretty site.
looking at the hydrologic prediction there river level is expected to rise 6' by about friday or saturday. i'd have to think that this could be catastrophic for anything touching the ice when the water comes in....
