Jerry, you can get to the back of the opening on the 390. You can get bolts to within about an inch or so of the edge.

You have access all the way to the rub-rail, you shouldn't have any issues.

Great thanks guys I was sold on the Hurley H30 now I'm second guessing it. I originally was looking at the Dinghy Caddy but because there was so much going on with it I bailed out on it. Maybe I should revisit it :huh:
