I decided to go with the faux teak color combo. The installation was pretty straight forward. Make sure you have a helper to help hold the sheets in place as you lay them down. Once their down and pressed on, they are not coming up! If you look closely, you can see that the port section on the swim platform doesn't quite line up with the other sections. It seems to be about a 1/4" too long. I'll be contacting SeaDek tomorrow and see if anything can be done. Other than that, the match measurements were spot on.
I'm also working on some blue LED strip lights that will be installed up in the gunwale pockets. I'll post those pics later.

Looks very clean. I was just looking at the same kit. Do you know how well it wares? I would hate to do the install and have it weather within a few years.

Looks great!

I see a few things on your boat that do not look familiar to me:

1) There is some sort of control 'joystick' at the helm of your boat next to the throttle control.
2) There appears to be a trim switch at the walk through area at the stern. Is it a 4-way control (why) or something else. In the same area, it looks like you installed a cigarette lighter plug????
3) On your swim platform, it looks like you installed a mount for a grill?

1. Thats the docking control for the Zeus Pod I installed:) Actually, it's some sort of mount for a radio or something that the previous owner had. I haven't removed it because ..well I just haven't yet.

2. It is a trim switch that I installed. Because of the way the boat is parked in the garage, I need access to raise and lower the outdrive from the right side of the boat. I did install a cigarette lighter plug. It's wired directly to the start battery and serves two purposes. It's a great place to have 12 volt power so I can plug our pump into so as to inflate the kids tubes. Also, when the boat is not in use, I plug a trickle charger into the same port and it keeps my batteries topped off. No need to remove seat cushions to access the batteries.

3. Yes, it's a pedestal mount for the Magma Newport grill. The grill and pedestal are stored underneath in the starboard bow cushion. I riveted a nylon strap to the floor and placed some peel and stick felt pads that the BBQ sits on and can secure it down when not in use. Fits like a glove.

Great work! I know what you mean about charging batteries and having to remove the cushion. I have an onboard charger, but have a stupid power cord that hangs out of the cushion. Some day I will come up with a solution to plug in my charger in a cleaner way. I hook-up to shore power, so I can't do the whole cigarette lighter plug. Maybe West Marine or someone sells a male 110 volt plug.

I kind of like where you put your trim switch. My factory switch is on the back of the boat. Easy to access from the ground, but kind of in the way.

I actually added a dual cigarette plug in the cubby hole by the aft lounger. I found it a real PITA to blow-up water toys from the helm cigarette plug. One plug for my water toy pump, one plug for my kids cell phone charger :) I am also considering adding one by the radio 'just in case' I need to charge my phone as well. LOL

I also have a small Inverter that I can plug in in case I need to run something off 110V (like an LED TV or coffee pot). It is 800 watt and really needs a 60A fuse. My daughter tried to plug her curling iron into it and it blew the 15A fuse in about 1 second.....ahh, teenagers.

The job and the product looks good. I just got my template material yesterday. On the 400EC there are three levels of swim platform. Plan is to do all three in either the light gray or the gray teak. We have several samples and may even do a bit of each with some black trim.
