In Search of Discontinued Stay Hindge

Cabinet Stay Hinge

Hello all! I’m attempting to locate a cabinet stay hinge for my 2003 360 Sundancer for which Sea Ray has told me they’ve discontinued and replaced with a marginal plastic hinge. I’ve phoned several local Sea Ray parts retailers hoping that someone would have one on their shelf collecting dust w/out luck. So I’m here pinging this forum for suggestions in locating one 1613033 HINGE, STAY (HAFELE).

I do have the original hinge but it would appear that the post that the locking mechanism sits on is actually cold pressed into the hinge support?

Try contacting Hafele directly or a local cabinet supply house that carries Hafele. Hafele is a big company - you shouldn't have too much trouble finding this.

Sorry, should have mentioned that I tried that route w/no joy!

Hafele didn't have a replacement? I'm surprised they didn't - they had one for my '99 DA, but these were the push-pull locks.

Next step might be to try salvage yards such as Founder Pounder (and others).

Post a picture of it for me and I'll take a look at the local salvage yard when I head over there in a few weeks.

Try http://www.searay-parts.com/ I have had great luck with them and they have a ton of hardware! I have found most everything I have needed to replace hardware.
