In contract survey pending 48 DA

I see they have moved the waterline striping up from the center of the boat going aft. You would think having a blue hull and all they would at least tie it up so its not hitting that floating pier on the hydraulic lift?

Looks like a nice example of a 48.... Just curious you say the surveyor didn't find a single thing wrong but you knew and a couple people noted the anchor fluke is bent. Hopefully you just omitted that from being an issue on a the survey.

Yes he did rigoursly review but i omitted he found 2inches of caulking needed redone, recommended batts but they tested ok, horn needs tightened, and the
Shower sump cleaned out, I considered these ultra minor.....
