Anyone happy with the plastic replacement IMTRA windlass bow control covers? My white one is about at the end of it's life and I will probably replace it with a black cover this time to help hide the dirt and mildew. I'm also considering replacing the whole unit with one of the heavy duty stainless steel units with NO cover plate at all.

This is the switch I installed the season before last on our Tiara. The new cover looks exactly like its companion that is 14 years old. I replaced it because the switch developed corrosion when the locker filled with water when a drain clogged up. The other switch is still original and shows no signs of aging. So yes, they make a good product that holds up. I prefer the non-plastic look, but others must like plastic or they wouldn't be selling both styles. The black might be more forgiving of normal wear.
