I had forgotten to release the line on the starboard bow, but it had a snubber on it. The "pull" was so gentle that for at least 4 attempts, I thought my engine was cutting out. It was one of those days that I really hoped no-one was watching.
Gosh, we walked right by your boat for two days back in June. We had a lovely slip with similar view at Harbor Club. Nice facility and great town!I should add these: nice weight distribution and safe # of people.

Looks like a Yamaha jet boats. They seem to be fine underway, but at slow speeds the bow rail *IS* the water line.
BlueOne. We just got back from there last Sunday (were down there Thursday thru Sunday). In addition to the park and all of its fun, the gas dock is a great place to watch boat traffic. While I was there, there was very large Viking (had to be 70'+) that was up from Florida for a couple of days. It had a very large tuna tower on it.I side tie on my port side and had a stern cross tie to starboard...but its a long rope. Forgot to take it off the other day.. got about 15 feet from the dock and stopped...I couldn't figure that out for a second... Then damn... hope no one saw that I said..... so don't think you're the only one
Just made reservations for the 13th/14th at Cedar point Pier 11 so will be in your neighborhood... its the start of Hallow weekends not sure what that is.... anything we should see or do other than rides?... I will have my daughter and her friend aboard too, but they will stick to rides I am sure and away from us.

I have mine.... Back to laughing at other boaters...We might need CSR burgees...!
That's better than what a dock neighbor did 2 years ago at Beacon Cove. He forgot his water and electric. Needless to say we had a nice water feature on the dock for a couple hours.I had forgotten to release the line on the starboard bow
That's my biggest fear!!! So I always have genny on and switched over and cords away before I start mains.I have mine.... Back to laughing at other boaters...
