First boat we purchased was a 23' Maxum cuddy purchased last July nice boat but we needed something bigger so I sold it in April and made $1,000 and sold in a week.

The current boat is a 2000 27' Sundancer with twins (9'2" beam) which I really do like the boat but I think we need something just a little bigger.

I have been looking for a 30' to 32' Sundancer 2000 or newer. The requirements is it has to have a genny and AC.

The question I have are the loans structured differently for the more expensive loans?

I'm hoping this will be the last upgrade for awhile anyway :)

Yes and no. It depends on your financial situation and credit history. Not sure what your's looks like, but if you post up your last 5 years 1040s, your social security number, your mortgage, banking and credit card info, I'm sure someone will give you a definitive answer.

The credit is good the last two boats have been zero down and a good interest rate. I was just curious if we went to a higher loan amount if they typical stretch out the loans longer. Not sure if it has been true in other peoples cases what we have been hearing is that the breaking point for a longer loan is around $50,000.

U need to call your loan company and ask them. The banks and credit unions have made a lot of changes in the last two months and they are changing daily. A lot of federal regulations and criteria are forcing all the changes. It's getting pretty hard to get a loan on any luxury items right now. Sooooo many repo's and foreclosures. ( like we all didn't know already). Has made all luxury financing a big sore spot for the feds
