Yeah Wayne. This is one of those things that it's worth paying the little extra. Even the Costco systems aren't bad for this.
We only sell the higher end stuff at my work, but the link Gary posted has some good stuff too.

Save your money, don't waist it on this.... You can buy a decent outdoor camera at the place Garry said or try www.ateck.com, I buy some "good" low cost CCTV stuff from these guys (i.e. color outdoor w/IR's 480 lines of resolution 4 mil lens = $65.00). just run it to a TV and get a small plug-in power supply.
