Customer does most of his own work, new customer for me a referral from another customer.. Well anyway needed his oil pan changed as it was rotted out, while it was hanging noticed a pattern on the side of engine, motor mount was also rotted very badly and a drip from our little blue drainage friend to make life easier.. how many times has the blue angel been removed and replaced with no oring on it ? it was screaming :smt100 !!

PERHAPS.......Easy to believe unless there was a bulletin put out telling owners how to circumvent failure due to a POS material/design of a key cooling component.

There are much higher quality bronze replacements available. A great cheap upgrade, and they don't tend to drop the rubber seal as easy, or cross thread as easy as the plastic OEM do.

You don't need a bulletin to see water pissing out of a fitting; that said, those blue fitting are terrible agreed.
