IAC valve went out yesterday

The IAC valve stopped working yesterday and the port engine would not idle. Got the alarm beeps also. Can you get the IAC at the local parts store? Alot closer and cheaper than the marine store.

Auto Zone has the IAC but you need to check the part number with them.

NAPA part number 2166509, gasket 71216. This is the standard IAC for the 8 cylinder, just double check for the 6.

Just checked as I am a dealer & that is the correct part number, gasket has two round holes rather than full cut-outs, but no worries, it works just fine & at about half the cost. Calibration numbers are the same.

All that I looked up, 4.3, 5.0, 5.7, 6.0, 8.1 all MPI
