went to PC rich... to get a refund and was told they might call the police because they smell beer...BLACKMAIL,EXTORTION,,:thumbsup:

Seems K-9 went to PC Richard & Son, which is a home electronics and applicance chain here in NY/NJ area. I guess he needed to return something but they turned him away b/c he was D & D, and damn proud of it.

:smt021 I paid for a washer and dryer with installation and was told 4(four) time it would be deliverd ,call at 5pm fri night told me washer back orderd after two weeks of delays I had enough and went to return items sold for installation and get the refunded credit charge $2,600. sales manager has to get involed and after I told him I am going to another store tha ass had the balls to say he was going to call the cops that he smells beer on my breath ....if I was drunk I would have put him in the hospital there and then!!!

We also purchased a washer and dryer with delivery, hook up and old appliance haul away.

When they showed up the professional said he could not get the hose off the washer there fore they will just leave the washer and I can deal with it later. I took a channel locks and with very little effort got it off and said “there you go.”

Next he came back and said he could not get the other side off. To get to the other side, the part that attached to a shut off you go thru a hole in the floor and into the basement. Again, one minute with my channel locks and I had it off and said "there you go."

Then he came back saying that he could not get the end of the hose thru the hole in the floor. We had gotten new flooring and the flooring installers worked around the hose, leaving only a small hole in the tile.

I told him to just use the existing hose. He said he cold not, something about liability if it leaks.

I cut the hose in half, pulled the hose out then drilled out the hole so his new hoses would go thru.

Next he said the hose that comes with the deal was too short. I swear his hoses were only 3 feet long. Finally he got me. Nothing I could immediately fix.

I had them haul away our appliances and leave without testing the washer.

I drove to a local store, got the metallic hoses and hooked it up.

Of course the washer did not work.

Just so you know, it’s not just you.
 
He's not a Obama lackey so things have gotten better.
 
So true. I hope he does something to reduce your tax burden. If I lived in NJ, I'd still be wishing I could afford a boat.

Big vote in the House tonight on healthcare, lets hope common sense prevails and it gets defeated
