Hello there,
I have no Mercathode on my 240 Sundancer. I have looked everywhere. There is no blue/black controller and no wire's from the transom to the battery.
So...now it is time to make a choice of the Mercathode. Shell I use the gimbal/transom version with the blue controller, or go for max protection and go for the 60W Red controller?
I am thinking about the red controller kit (42600A14) with the two pucks. Pro is...easy install, max power, strong anode. Con...holes in your transom, 60W= 5 Amp from the battery.
Is it also possible to combine for example a 1 puck form the red kit with a blue controller. Than you have normal power (25W) and a good strong anode.
Give me a hint guys
