This college football season is doing me in. I am to stressed and when I am on the water, there is no stress, just fun times. When will summer be here again!!!!

As long as GA Bulldogs keep winning, no Stress (Grin).

College football aside. I'm without a boat and miss it a bunch. We just put an offer in today on a 2000 260DA about 2 hours ago. They accepted so other than a ton of cleaning and a week at the dealer I'm hoping to get back out there for the Christmas cruise season

Congrats Todd!!! :smt038 :smt038 :smt038 :smt038 :smt038 :smt038 :smt038 :smt038

Todd, for those that miss boating, can you tell us what you will be doing on the boat in the Christmas boating season? Won't it be rain every day? Will you be staying out overnight in mid-winter (if that term really applies to the Seattle area)?

BTW, I remember you saying earlier this year you wanted to get to Victoria, but I don't remember you saying you actually did. Did you get over there?

No, since we sold Nehalennia II at the end of July(taking advantage of the peak selling season) we lost out on many trips in August, September until now really.

I don't anticipate too many trips in the winter but there are many 50-60 degree days, sunny or overcast with no wind and better water conditions than most in the summer.
With heat aboard on the 230 it was nice to go out in the chill. We'll put heat aboard this one too and hey, you never know, may make it to Victoria.

Either way, the Admiral really wants to go on the Christmas Ship cruise when all the boats parade around Seattle with Christmas lights on. So we'll at least do that.

Thanks again everyone,

Dave M,

We usually spend one night a month overnight on the boat through the fall and winter. The marinas are not as busy and usually very peaceful.

This Sunday was probibly the last day we had a chance to get on the water with the high in the upper 60's, but the boat is packed tight in the garage, the girls went shopping, and work on my car was in need. So I did get some relief today!

Oh, by the way, I am a Mich. St. Alum. and we lost to UM yesterday......Enough said.
