You had your PFD on so that good at nappy time.

Not to be STUPID but what about other boats? You don't have to worry about them being in your way? I am always dodging people that have no idea of which boat is to give way and don't care about little boat vs big boat rules? I FEEL LIKE I ALWAYS HAVE TO BE AWARE OF EVERYONE AROUND ME!

This is when Garry had the right of way regadless what direction other boats would come from.

Yep, Gary's boat rules over all others.

That looks like Jersey! I'm infracting you under my rights as a citizen of this state. You can send the payment of fine directly to Dom's Marina....

That's the funniest video I have seen all week. Remind me to meet you instead of follow you next time we are headed in the same direction.

Love the wake and wash videos. They get me through winter.

As for the "other boats" comment. I guess there was a watch, eh? "Angry wife" who made the video...

Classic.

Gary does point out a very important safety issue that lake boaters can't grasp. When running in open water with nothing in sight, boredom is a significant hazard. Lock the AP on a distant waypoint, put the radar on 12+ mile range and all there is to do is to glance at the radar occasionally. Gary and his family are some of the safest boaters I know. The lady taking the video is the mate responsible for the boat when the captain dozes off..............she has to put up with him all the time, so who can blame her for having a little fun at Gary's expense.

Classic! The Admiral getting a little dig in! If anyone makes fun of him for wearing a pfd, shame on you. If anyone makes fun of him sleeping at the helm, open game!

Oh, I thought that Gary was just waiting for Guard Zone alarm to buzz off to wake him up....

If anyone is really questioning boat's operation (I doubt it though), it's the same as on any cruise ship. When you go to captains dinner party and the captain is on stage it obviously doesn't mean that the ship is simply set on autopilot on a set course. Our crews are smaller, but I'm sure that most of us have one or two qualified crew members to take control. I have at least two, admiral and my daughter. My 7 y/o son is building his captain skills and is always happy to assist as an additional watch guard.
