I hate squirrels

Tree Rat Recipe

Dip in egg, roll in Fry Magic, brown in a skillett with butter for 5 minutes, cover under low heat for 40 minutes, cook until meat pulls away from the bone, uncover the last 5 minutes for a crispier critter. They kinda taste like chicken...

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little......

:wow:

This is clearly a Mason Dixon line issue. Ya'll like 'em below it and above it, it doesn't sound right.
Cats and squirrels are crab bait not grillin' or fryin' fare. What the hell's "Fry Magic"?

Never heard of Fry Magic. I just quarter them, brown the quarters in butter, then simmer in butter, onions and garlic. Same thing for rabbits. Hey, wait a minute, I'm above the Mason Dixon line, nevermind! Nehalennia, If I could go out and get dungies here I'd never eat the rodents.LOL
