Nice pole barn you have there you ought to put a cover over her to help keep her clean , I wish I had one to keep the ol girl dry.:smt089

I wish that were my pole barn. It is a buddie's, but he does let me store it there for free.

It stays pretty clean in there, a little dust, but that washes right off.

It's forecasted to be in the 60's saturday...so while I'm out on the boat this weekend I'll drink a beer for y'all and hug my boat.

I know that's just wrong isn't it.

We went out for a quick trip yesterday before we put the boat in for repairs. It was the nearest she had been to her new home. Bill told the mechanic to have it ready to go by April 16th.

To relieve some of my winter separation anxiety, I took the Admiral and our grandson to see "Grandpa's" new boat in heated storage 80 miles to the north. Only 63 more days until she splashes into the Des Plaines River for her maiden voyage with her newly adopted family.

Love stories like that. Strong memories forever.

I hate to say this but I was out in the Gulf yesterday,a little windy but it felt good after all this cold weather. 75 yesterday. even the dolfins were out chaseing us.

Sorry you guys in the snow..... Thats why I moved to FL from Boston.

Rub it in. My basement is full of my upholstry, but there is 6 feet of snow piled up around my boat!:smt013 At this rate it will be May before I can start putting her back together.

Snow & Cold 18deg, not my kind of weather to get intrested in working on the boat. Oh well I just ordered a reseal kit on E-Bay for the out drive I think that is the last of the parts I need. I think I will bring the Out Drive to the basement to rebuild the water pump this weekend. I figure March should be little warmer. Where is Global Warming when you need it.
