Hello to all, I am brand new to the forum and this is my first post. I am hoping someone can help me figure out a solution. I have a 1994 200 Signature Series Bowrider and my portside curved glass windshield piece shattered about 2 years ago. I have desperately been trying to find a fix but nothing has worked so far. I know I could call Taylor Made directly but they was a $2300 just for the piece before shipping and then I would still have to have it installed. I know that I eventually can find the right piece on eBay or elsewhere but the two I have purchased do not fit. One was off a 1995 185 Bowrider and I learned quickly that it was too small for my boat. Luckily I resold it to someone and it worked for them perfectly. Then I just bought the piece off of a 1993 Sea Ray 200 Bowrider. I thought for sure it would work and it is also a bit too small and the curve is slightly different. So now here I sit scratching my head. Does anyone know other boats that used the same windshield as the 1994 200 Signature Series? Or have any suggestions? Any help is very appreciated because I do not want my boat to sit another year.
(Btw I have looked into the plexiglass option but it is also fairly pricey being that after a couple of years they say it will discolor and become chalky)

Again thank you in advance for any help.

Unfortunately, yes, TM is the only source for this (new) and they know it. It's been like that for decades.

As far as matching it up to another model or year, look at your parts manual for the part number then download a few other boats that you think might work (pics on SR's site should get you close) and compare to that model's part number. If it's the same part number, it will work.

Thanks but for some reason I have not been able to find the actual glass windshield in the parts manual. I can find everything else in the world in it but not the glass.

It's usually there - are you sure you're looking in the right place?

It's still going to be a needle in a hundred haystacks to find it, though. These are always tough to find.

On a boat that old, if Taylor Made still offers it, grab it. Nothing is cheap on a boat.
