Wondering if anyone has used this system..

https://www.hullshield.net/products/

I don't really have a problem with the bottom of the boat having any growth on it, but since it's an I/O and it's in the water for almost 12 months at a time, the product that they have to keep growth off the drive would be really cool to have if it works!

This one:

Anyone here have any experience on if it works or not?
I am bringing this thread back up to see if anyone is using this Hull Shield system. I found this video that shows that the transducers are attached to the inside of the hull, so no holes to drill. The video shows both hull and drive systems, labeled HS and DS, but the website now only gives two options for a single transducer unit, the HD1 or the HD 4 which includes four transducers.

Pretty sure @ocgrant has installed this system on his 48, not sure how much experience he has had with it yet, but hopefully he will chime in.

Here are some video reviews:

This shows the installation to the drives:

So far it is working well according to my diver that cleans my boat and the one next to me. Now my paint is done and getting ready to pull and repaint. So the big test will come in a couple months. But he clearly says my hull stays way cleaner than the boat next to me that does not have it.
