How to remove Smartcraft device?

I would like to remove my Smartcraft device from the dash and make sure I have clean connections. The reason I want to do this is because the Port gauge cluster and tachometer decided to not function today at all. The needles make a small move when toggle is at start position but nothing further AND starboard cluster gauges all fluctuate and move around constantly and tachometer does not read accurately AND vessel view Comes on with some diesel calibration screen and I can’t get it to change back to normal. A suggestion I received was to clean the connections at Smartcraft it I don’t know how to access. Open to other suggestions also for resolution. Thanks.
