How to remove sleeve from inside of prop?

hello gents & ladies. I’m trying to swap out my four blade propeller back to my old three blade so I can run a comparative WOT test. But I am having a bear of a time getting the flo-torque sleeve out from the inside of the prop that I have removed. Any advice on a good way to do this that doesn’t damage the sleeve? And yes, I’m aware that it only comes out Of one side. Thanks!

You mean, use it to bang on the top ridge of the sleeve so it pops at the bottom?
