Go to photobucket, pull up the pix and then "copy". Come over to CSR and "paste" it in the post that you are doing.

You do not need to do this step. Just open the photo in Photobucket and right click, copy, and paste into your post. If you do that to the thumbnail photo it will be the thumbnail that is pasted in SCR not the full size.
