Hello,
one of the batteries are down and is the one that open the door on the floor, can't open the door, any ideas? Thank u all

Remote battery terminals available?
If not, jump box with lighter plug attachment-plug into lighter and back feed 12V system

Do you have an inverter/charger on shore power?
And when your done with that be sure to run wires from the pump to a convenient location so you can just hook to a battery

Yes I have a converter/charger, but in order to get down where the batteries are I need to open the door on the floor, got no power to open it, any suggestion because the battery that open the door is dead and it wont get charged

There should be an access "disk" in the hatch, you can pull the pin that holds the piston unfortunately it's kinda difficult to lift .so bring friends. Why can't you plug into shore power and charge the batteries? Am I missing something?

if only 1 battery is dead will using the emergency start switch give you power to open the hatch? If all batteries dead, obviously no good. Good luck

I think bt doctur is suggesting you plug in the shore power cord and turn on your built in charger after a few hrs. There should be enough power to open you hatch.

Thank u 330 totally forgot abt the emergency start thank u very much for remind me, thank u again....

If you have a converter/charger on board there is no problem, just plug in the shore power. Even with the batteries terminals unplugged, by connecting the shore power you can open the engine door (obviously the engine door motor is powered through the converter).
