I made one but used a blue bungee cord.

That is sa-weet! Bet that thing bounces back and forth like a bobble-head with all of that bungee cord on there!

I was going to make mine out of galvanized conduit tubing but since I’m in fresh water I can just use black pipe and threaded elbows. Man what a cost savings!! I have an old deck umbrella for the canvas top.

If I can get some yellow bungee cords it will be almost invisible to the naked eye.:smt043:smt043:smt043

Is that you in the video, Doug?

If so, great job, I like it...

If not, wouldn't PVC have been a better option in salt water as long as you use the "gud schrews"? :smt043:smt101:smt043

"Yo, yo ,yo! You can waterproof it ... or NOT! It's all up to you. Whola! Now you can take dat special gurl out."

I have found my new mechanic.

The really scary thing is that somebody will do it to their boat.

All I noticed was his REAL horn. He should get a job at SR.

Bite your tongue, man! :smt021

I can see it now... All of the new boats will have 2" swimplatforms since the rest of them would be used for boxes full of subwoofers. They'd have 16" aluminum wheels with spinners bolted to the sides and magic tree holders every 36" throughout the whole boat. Not to mention the fuzzy steering wheel covers so you don't get callouses on your hands before you take your gurl out.

The really scary thing is that somebody will do it to their boat.

:grin::grin::thumbsup:

i like his creativity......

The clip was for making a bimini top, yo?

The video was funny as hell. Take your own advice - Ease up.

I didn’t see one thing about ethnic, race, or religious back ground of the fellow in the video spoken by anyone on this thread. What was mentioned was the relevance of social practical toward the presenter’s body language and verbiage. This would have been a hoot if it were presented by any individual of any back ground.
Now I’m tense…..

Really... Lighten up a little. We're just funnin'. Nobody wants any harm to come to the fellow.

Hey... I liked his shirt.

Although I am not black, the jerks with the crosses and the hoods didn't like my kind very much either. I'll leave it up to you to figure out which one of the "other" groups I belong to. You've got a couple of choices.
