How to demove seats? 1996 sundancer 270

Im reupholstering captains bench, side bench, and rear backrest and cannot figure out how to remove these seats. Any tips? Thank you.

Captain seat if like mine, the rails come off from the storage area from the seat behind it, the lounge seat is unbolted from the aft cabin
