How to choose correct CF card - E120

I need to change my CF card out and there are what seem like endless options online. My boat spent her entire life in the Ozarks and is now on Lake Michigan. I have the KS-MO-OK-AR-LA-MS card out and need the Great Lakes in. Any advice which one and where to buy?
