I have a good friend who is a Coptic Christian and 2nd generation American. She is full of horror stories of beatings torture and rape. She tells me how lucky she is to have been born here because they have no chance at a normal life in Egypt. Her grandparents gladly accepted the discrimination they faced here compared to the horrors of their homeland. It is a tragedy the media ignores the plight of the Copts.
