The Hull is being done next week and top side will be done in May. We in the north east have had some real bad storms in April.

Ummm...Ya know it is barely into March, right?

Right now mine is looking pretty good. I just had the A~Z detail done 3 weeks ago. I will hit it again with a coat of wax when I pull it for bottom paint in about 6~8 weeks.

3 more days before I get my 220 out and do my first wax. Its going to be a long weekend.....

I saw this movie once that shows how to do it properly. First apply the wax in a counter-clockwise circular motion and say "WAX ON". Once it dries to a haze, wipe off the haze with soft cloth in a clockwise circular motion and say "WAX OFF". Then you tie the soft cloth like a bandana around your forehead and go out to the bar that evening and KICK some butt. Wear something comfortable like pajamas...and no shoes.

OMG! They love me...they really love me. (i.e., Sally Field)

A little dusty now.
She gets a hand wax 6 times a year.
A little soap and water, Shes good for a shake down run.

O'Yea.... I started cheating two seasons ago.
I wash the boat with an Auto cleaner/wax after returning from most trips.
A little extra protection from the salt. It will leave a light haze if you dont wipe everything down after it drys.

Year after year, the more I get older (and hopefully wiser) I wonder if I can shine up my vessel by using Armoral Tire Shine spray and just let it drip dry. Do they make a "green" version?
