How old a feller are ya?

I'm 62 and my wife of 27 years is 60. Been together 32 years. I was hesitant to remarry until one of my friends said "you know, you're not the catch in that relationship, right?". Rude!

We have his and hers daughters that are 37 and 34 but much more importantly, we have 2 granddaughters 4 and 2 who live around the corner from us.

I'm 57 married 31yrs this year. One child, a daughter who is 28. There has never been a time starting as a child that there has not been a boat or lake house in the family. All lake boating. I hope retirement takes me to the coast somewhere and a different kind of boating.

41... married for 12 long years... one and done kids wise... he's 8 now and my spitting image. He loves the boat and pretty much already knows how to operate it. My wife has many not so fond memories of her boat growing up, so now she'd rather be somewhere else than on ours lol. My son and I on the other hand truly look forward to every weekend being out on the water with friends.

I saw a post from @Tripsdad yesterday saying he was 65, and for some reason I pictured him younger than me, so I thought it might be interesting to see how we rank. Age wise that is.
I will be 55 in August, been married to my high school sweetheart for 36 years, she is a little younger than myself 51. We have 3 adult children, 2 girls and a boy, from them 9 grandchildren aging from 3 to 13.

So how many candles are on your cake??
I have some similar stats. 54 here. My wife will be 53 next month, also high school sweethearts. We celebrate our 30th next month. 4 adult children. Our oldest daughter is 27, twin boys are 23 and our youngest daughter is 21. No grandchildren yet, I guess they are all still working on their technique.

Edit: Here are 5 out of 6 of us last fall at Buccaneer Days on Catalina Island. The kids love the boat.

Same boat here, despite PLENTY of hints:oops:.

Cool thread! 41 here. Wife is 39. Married since 2008. Two daughters 5 and 7 years old. Summer is filled with overnighting on the Searay, cruising, swimming, fishing, and skiing (behind our ski boat not the Searay)

53 and the Admiral is 48. Been together 12 years. 2 daughters & 1 son from our previous marriages. Three grandchildren from 6 months to 5 years.
The grandson is my minnie me. He’s had his hands on the wheel of something since before he turned 2.
Now he can untie and drive the 270 no problem and tie it back up at the dock.
Knows all the switches by heart.
His favorite is the Captains Call.
I don’t trust him with the throttle yet.

Will be 66 Saturday and going strong. The Admiral and I have been married 14 years. I have two sons and 2 grandkids. She has a son and a daughter. Her mom is 80 and lives 30 minutes away and my dad is 90 and lives 5 minutes away. I brought him down here from NC not long after my mom died in 2/19.

Great thread. 55, and the wife is 53. Got married on 08/08/08. I have a 30 year old son, and a 25 year old daughter. No grandkids yet, but we're hoping. My son say's they're gonna call me Grand Dude when he finally delivers.

I'll bite.
55 (but I don't feel that old), admiral is 56. She is 361 days older than me. We have been married 31 years in July. Knew each other in high school, but nothing stuck Two boys 27 and 25 and one DIL. No grand kids yet, but they will be raised boaters. Actually, I have a third kid, my mom is 86 and requires the same amount of parenting as a 5 year old. My two younger kids still come to the lake when we are down there. We both boated as kids and missed the life.
