Saw this on the way over from Port Hacking to Botany Bay, yesterday afternoon. I believe it's been there for a couple of weeks, don't know the story, will try and find out today.

That should buff right out. Wait is that a Honda gen on the back deck?

And here's the story, four people were on board

Emergency services were called to Cape Solander at 3pm after reports a boat had run aground.

A police helicopter was called and spotted an upturned fishing boat washed up on the rocks.

Two people were still on the boat and two had made it to shore.

Police landed the helicopter on a rock shelf and airlifted the two on the rocks to safety.

A surf lifesaver and a police helicopter crew member rescued the others.

One, with non-life threatening injuries, was taken to Sutherland Hospital.

The other three were not injured.
