how much torque installing the prop

Can anyone tell me the torque for installing my props back on the shaft, I just had them balanced and cleaned.
1 1/4 shaft 16.5 x 14 prop. v drives 270 crusaders

I had a Mercury Master Tech tell me just make it tight but not to night said he doesn't fool with the torqe wrench numbers. I'm sure others will have a different opinion on this.

Ditto... I have never used a torque wrench.
