how do you ...

Wow so glad I am not alone on my obsession around boats.

Michael your comments around planning, constantly looking, and always thinking about the water, cruising, and boats mirror mine.

Next week is going to be so tempting to get launch plans under way being above 70 here on the Chesapeake. But I'll give it another week just to be sure.

Until then I'll just have to get by on dreams and yacht world!

excitement to say the least.. i have so much to learn about it.. and dont know what or how to do it..

for instance..
when they drop it in.. they tow it to a slip..

who starts it? who checks everything (oils and filters all changed prior to putting away).. if im supposed to do it.. where do i begin? and how?

is there a check list? where can i get it?

When you find the answers to those questions pass them along to me. We're looking at an April closing on our 340 Sundancer and I have a feeling all that excitement will be quickly followed by sheer terror when our new boat looks back at me from her slip and expects me to take care of her now. Kind of like the day my daughter was born!

Hey buddy,

I'll see you out on the bay in a few weeks! The forecasted impending warm weather will get the service yards moving early this year.
